With deep experience across property management, acquisitions, and business leadership, Alex sits comfortably at both the strategic and operational level. From navigating complex rent roll transactions to resolving high-stakes tenancy disputes, he thrives in the messy middle of property — where experience, judgement, and execution count.

Beyond his day-to-day business, Alex is an active contributor to the broader community. He serves on the board of Surrogacy Australia, and is also involved with Queers in Property and the Pride Business Association, where he advocates for stronger representation, connection, and inclusion across the industry.
